An exciting new program for 2017

My 2017 focus is on “Strategic Thinking and Decision Making” in conditions of Uncertainty.

By continuing our work on integrating strategy and economics with neuroscience, my colleagues and I have developed a suite of offerings that are being presented at leading Management Schools in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.

The key offerings are:

• Scenario Planning: Setting strategy in conditions of uncertainty
• Strategic Thinking and Decision Making: Using insights about our brain to enhance the quality of thinking and decision making
• Performing under Pressure: By understanding the impact of pressure and stress, we can develop practical approaches to improve performance and make better decisions under extreme conditions.
